To place your lists with MarketingFile you need to be: Either the owner of the list, or have sole sales rights to it, as we are unable to work with intermediaries UK Data Protection registered A member of the UK DMA. We are DMA members and expect you to be, too For further guidance We do not purchase lists, but work on a revenue share basis As a list owner, you need to manage your data in line with current Data Protection legislation, the UK DMA Code of Practice and the CAP code The minimum number of records it is cost-effective to deal with in any one list is about 10,000 It is not possible to predict revenue levels for any list, as its success depends on many factors, such as its potential market, its response rate, speed and frequency of update.
